Magnetization and gyromagnetic ratio in Ga and Al- doped ferrogarnet Tm3Fe5O12

Concentration and temperature dependence of magnetization and effective gromagnetic ratio in Ga and Al- doped ferrogarnet Tm3Fe5O12 was calculation. Neel model of Weiss molecular field theory with allowance for distribution functions of Ga and Al by sublattice in garnet has been used. Established the compensation of moment of momentum and compensation of magnetic moment in ferrogarnet Tm3Fe5-xAlxO12 don’t observe. Ga concentration in Tm-garnet with room temperature compensation of moment of momentum has been determinate.
