Methods of indirect measurment of biosignals and fisical values by relaxation process

The way of implementation of indirect digital measurement of several informative and several reference signal is theoretically proved by one sensor control. It is researched direct influence of physiological processes on speed of a relaxation and transformation of duration of relaxation process to a digital code. Using models of bidirectional port of the CMOS microcontroller, semiconductor junction and a biological tissue, ways of practical implementation of such measurements of biosignals are shown. On the basis of equivalent circuit algorithmic steps necessary for digital primary conversation are certain.
